* COLOR MASTERBATCH

• - Masterbatches is a grain material used in the plastic industry.
  - ALTA masterbatches is produced in line with modern Singaporean technology. It is used to replace pigments to improve the production environment and product quality to help foster the development of Vietnam’s plastic industry.
  - ALTA masterbatches has been mainly exported to ASEAN markets – 70% of the production - with the remaining 30% sold to local plastic package producers to replace imports.

• Production capacity: 200 tons a month

* CACO3

• Product characteristics:
  - CACO3  plastic grain is a type of additive which helps improve the production environment of the plastics industry and can be used to replace protoplasm plastic at a rate of 10-15% in plastic products.
  - In particular, CACO3 plastic grain cuts down on consumption of materials like HDPE and LDPE in production and therefore helps reduce production costs and sharpen competitiveness.
  - 70% of the CACO3 production is earmarked for export to ASEAN markets while the remaining 30% is supplied for local plastic package producers.
  - The workshop has embraced modern Singaporean technology in producing CACO3.

* PLASTIC BOTTLES

• Main operations:
  - Produce plastic bottles of a capacity of 30 ml, 45 ml, 60 ml, 120 ml and 180 ml… upon demand.
  - The product is used in packaging medical and industrial items.
  - The workshop is operating under modern Japanese and Taiwanese technologies and exports 100% of the output to ASEAN markets.

• Production capacity: 50 tons a month
